Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping with MK Jewelry! We are committed to delivering your orders with care and precision. You can expect to receive your order within 2–4 business days for West Malaysia & 3-7 days for East Malaysia after placing it.

Tracking an Order
Please allow 1–2 working days for engraving (may vary depending on order volume and traffic conditions). After engraving, additional time is required to apply a protective coating, which needs curing and drying before completion. Once ready, your order will be shipped immediately.
After shipping, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Orders within West Malaysia are handled by Shopee Express (SPX, third-party courier) and normally take 2–4 working days to arrive. Orders within East Malaysia are handled by J&T Express (third-party courier) and normally take 3–7 working days to arrive.
Important: Please record a video upon receiving the parcel as proof for return or refund requests.
Return Policy
At MK Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 60 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-returnable, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Return & Refund Process

Include a video of the unboxing that shows the item and packaging.

We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2–12 business days.
Additional Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please note the following conditions. MK Jewelry cannot be held responsible for issues arising from:
1. Incorrect Information Provided
Orders with wrong shipping address, contact number, or recipient details provided by the customer that result in failed or delayed delivery.
In such cases, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number, or reach out to our customer service for further assistance.
2. Wrong Product Selection by Customer
Orders placed incorrectly (e.g., purchasing only one ring instead of a couple set, or choosing the wrong color/variation) cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
You may contact our customer service team to explore possible solutions, but refunds are not guaranteed.
3. Delivery Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address are no longer under our control.
Please contact the assigned courier directly to request a redirection of your parcel.
4. Unclaimed or Rejected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal to accept delivery, failure to pick up, or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are outside of our responsibility.
6. Damaged Parcels Caused During Transit
We take extra care in packaging all items securely. However, once handed over to the courier, any damage caused in transit is the courier’s responsibility.
Please file a claim directly with the courier. Our customer service can assist by providing necessary documentation.
7. Engraving & Personalization Requests
Personalized or engraved items are made based on the exact details you provide.
We cannot be held responsible for errors if the engraving text, font, or design was submitted incorrectly by the customer.
8. Order Cancellations After Processing
Once your order has entered processing (engraving, coating, packaging), it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds or changes are not possible after this stage.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
